Project Summary:

BENEXPERTISE defines this investment project with a view to leveraging its internationalization process and responding, among others, to the following objectives: (i) diversify BENEXPERTISE's scope of action, guaranteeing sustainability through the increase in turnover in each of the ten markets where it already operates and becoming represented in a total of 14 markets; (ii) to be able to successfully implement the STONE EXPERTISE brand in the markets, in order to enhance notoriety and recognition in the global market; (iii) commit to organizational innovation and outbound/inbound Marketing, aiming to develop work methods that contribute to the development of the Entity and international promotion of STONE EXPERTISE through the execution of the proposed project, starting to be present in new international markets, boosting growth already verified in the year 2018; (iv) develop partnerships with strategic suppliers upstream and downstream of the value chain that will give them sustained growth with less risk, both in terms of manufacturers and service development; and (v) create a competent and motivated work team, starting, in the post-project, with protected technicians, one of them assigned to the present application.

In order to achieve the established goals, the Promoter devised, for the project in question, an investment plan which highlights (i) actions to prospect and attract new customers, (ii) participation in an international fair related to its industry, (iii) reinforcement of its commercial and marketing team, (iv) implementation of new marketing techniques, aimed at strengthening its digital presence, and (v) international and community registration of its brand.
