Characteristics
Blue Venato is a blue-grey limestone characterised by a consistent presence of fossils of varying shapes and sizes, displaying shades of brown and bluish-brown throughout the stone. Its unique fossil pattern and balanced colour palette make Blue Venato particularly attractive for contemporary architectural projects.
Applications
Blue Venato offers excellent resistance to water and weathering, making it particularly suitable for exterior cladding and ventilated façades, where it requires minimal maintenance over time. Its natural appearance also makes it an excellent choice for interior spaces inspired by biophilic design, where natural materials are used to create a stronger connection between architecture and nature.
