We ensure that the project is executed on site in accordance with the approved specifications.

This phase includes the following service:

Production Supervision & Coordination

We oversee the different stages of natural stone installation. We coordinate on-site teams and suppliers, verify technical requirements and monitor the installation process to ensure compliance with the project specifications.

This supervision makes it possible to identify layout errors, finishing defects and installation incompatibilities before the stone is permanently installed.

It also allows tonal variations between production batches to be detected. These colour differences, which may only become visible after installation on façades or flooring, can compromise the visual continuity of the stone.
