Characteristics
Sienito Monchique is characterised by its distinctive appearance. It features a brownish-grey background with a consistent presence of white and light-grey crystals distributed in irregular patterns. The crystals are oriented in different directions, creating a dynamic yet balanced texture. Quarried in southern Portugal, this stone is also known as Cinzento de Monchique.
Applications
Sienito Monchique is suitable for both interior and exterior applications, including masonry, wall cladding, flooring and other architectural elements. Its durability and distinctive appearance make it a versatile choice for a wide range of construction and design projects.
